Maminette was inspired by our journey with Authentique Wine Bar & Creperie, our beloved French wine bar in East Nashville. After seeing how Authentique brought people together over French food and wine, we wanted to create a new space in Donelson where everyone could enjoy the same warmth and tradition—this time with a focus on crepes, fresh breads, and artisan coffee. Every detail, from our made-to-order crepes to our homemade syrups, reflects our passion for authentic flavors, heartfelt hospitality, and sharing a little bit of France with our community.
